Landfill

Today is yesterdays today, so tomorrow will be todays yesterday therefore Happy Birthday to our beautiful baby girl, the youngest of them all.

Stitch did his usual jaunt around the garden avoiding the grass because obviously his paws would melt should he touch just one blade of wet grass, but I had other ideas this morning so I picked him up and carried him on to the grass, I swear he cringed! He then preceded to bound off the grass onto the soil and walk the edge of the grass to get back to the path and then peed over my flowers to avoid the grass doh!

We took the hound for a walk along a path that looked like it would go on for miles, as usual we were proved wrong and once again it ended at a plot of land that looked like a small landfill, even when we were at the Sea Caves in Ayia Napa we had to drive past some serious rubbish piles to get to the tourist spot, why would you dump rubbish at or near a tourist spot is beyond me.  We walked back to the car, both Stitch and I panting as we walked up the hill to the jeep, we then headed down the mountain for a coffee at Malindi before heading to the supermarket, such an exciting life we lead.

Stitch was in the dog house late on in the evening as he shot out after a cat(can you tell the training is working), he then went through the hedge over the neighbours garage roof and into the field, my beloved then had to leap onto the wall, lower himself down to the field and lift the daft hound back up for me to bring him back into the garden, because he can only go one way and the garage roof is set a little too high for him to jump back onto it.  Tomorrow we will be getting something to block the little devil in, and hopefully stop him leaving the garden mid chase.
